At Revolto, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our rules regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@revolto.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
