At Revolto, we use Aramex to deliver orders safely and reliably across South Africa.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method and Delivery Times
We use Aramex as our primary courier partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (shown on selected products).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Aramex website or app.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If Aramex is unable to deliver your parcel:
- They will usually attempt redelivery or leave a collection notification.
- You may be required to collect the parcel from an Aramex depot.
- If the parcel is returned to us due to an unclaimed or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
