Delivery Policy

At Revolto, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We partner with Aramex for all domestic deliveries in South Africa.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number.

2. Shipping Method & Times

We use Aramex for reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

  • Main Centres (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after dispatch.
  • Outlying / Regional Areas: Up to 72+ hours (may take longer depending on location and service frequency).
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours (typically by 17:00).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors like public holidays, high volumes, or remote locations may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • You can choose Aramex options available for your address.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g. R500 / R1000) during promotions — this will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
  • Track your parcel directly on the Aramex website.

5. Delivery Instructions & Failed Deliveries

  • Please provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number).
  • Aramex will attempt delivery once. If unsuccessful (no one home, incorrect address, etc.), they may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
  • Additional redelivery fees may apply if caused by customer unavailability.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us.

7. Order Changes / Cancellations

  • You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order (before processing).
  • Once shipped, changes are not possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
  • Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
  • For lost shipments, Aramex will investigate using the tracking number. We will replace or refund as per our standard policy.
